We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from user error, Google service outages, or changes to Google's platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Sheets and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.
